How to Make Magnificent Granola!

Great Thursday Morning!!! When we are on the journey of self-improvement, it is important for us to be conscious of what we are putting in our bodies. If you are looking for a delicious snack, check out Erika's, "How to Make Magnificent Granola." I use granola for my fruit bowls and as a snack when I travel. If you are snacking be sure that you are consuming healthy foods. Have a great and energized day!! -3 cups of rolled oats -1 cup of dried cranberries -1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds -1/2 cup of coconut flakes -Stir everything together to distribute the ingredients evenly. - 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup -1/4 cup of brown sugar -1/2 teaspoon of salt, -1/4 cup of grapeseed coconut oil are all great options. -You can cinnamon or nutmeg -Dump the granola onto a sheet pan -Then spread the granola out evenly, so it can toast properly in the oven. Bake the granola in a 300ºF oven for 45 minutes, tossing once halfway through the baking process. -Let the granola cool completely, then store in an airtight container. Enjoy your granola!!!
