Deep Breathing Exercises

Great Wednesday Morning!!!

Today is hump day, and I hope you are having a great day week!!

Several years ago, I developed high anxiety issues and instead of relying on medication, I started practicing deep breathing exercises. Deep breathing exercises has helped me to relax and reduce my stress levels.

The benefits of deep breathing include the following.

1. Improve your energy level
2. Lowers your heart rate, blood pressure, and improves circulation/beneficial under high stress environments
3. Helps to clean out your lungs
4. Reduces anxiety

If you are under a lot of stress, or you are battling anxiety, try deep breathing exercises first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night.
