Great Friday Morning!!!
Lately, the word worry has been on my mind. Why do we worry about life events that are far out of our control? I am a firm believer that worrying can impact our health & wellness and cause us to live a life of fear.
If you are a worrier, I want you to make two lists. The first list will be labeled, things that are out of my control and the second list will be labeled, things that I can control. Once you complete your list, I want you to only focus on the things in your life that you can control. The second list needs to be placed in a box and stored away to never be looked at again. The goal of this exercise is to place all of your energy in the areas of your life that you can control. Don’t give unnecessary attention to things that are out of your control.
