Stretch Before and After Training

Great Thursday Morning!!!!

We are in the fourth day of 2018, and I hope that you have written out your goals. If you want this year to be your best year, you have to be intentional with your actions.

Many of us are hitting the gym hard, going for walks, and runs, but what is the one important concept that we tend to forget to do? Stretching before and after physical activity. If you implement a good stretching regimen, you can increase your flexibility by 10 to 15 percent in just six weeks and decrease your chances of injury.
