When was the last time you took a sabbatical? A sabbatical is a break or a period of rest from work, often lasting from two months to a year.

The benefits of taking a sabbatical allow us to renew, reflect, and recharge our minds, bodies, and spirits. Most of us can't afford to take two months to a year off from work, but we can take a short sabbatical.
