The Mirror Exercise

Great and Thankful Thursday!!!

How do you stay encouraged when you are pursuing your dreams or dealing with life’s challenges?

I stay encouraged by a process called mirroring. I stand in front of a mirror and read my daily affirmations. At the end of the exercise, I tell myself that I am doing a great job and to stay focused, no matter what.

I challenge you to practice the mirror exercise for the next 40 days. You will notice a positive change in your confidence and attitude. The key is to be intentional and consistent in your actions.
