Health & Wellness and Fitness Coaching
Living a purposeful life means we are healthy in Mind, Body, and Spirit. It is important that we eat well and exercise, but there are times when we need encouragement and an action plan to get us started. Project Health & Wellness mission is to inspire, encourage, and inform people on how to reach optimal health and wellness by focusing on Mind, Body, and Spirit. We offer services that spread the message of the importance of healthy living. These services include lunch & learns, training, workshops, personal training, and seminars for family reunions, churches, senior centers, nursing homes, adult day care, corporate health and wellness events, retreats, and health fairs.
Stress Management and Conflict Resolution
After a successful career in law enforcement and corporate America, Chris understands the importance of stress management and conflict resolution. He has learned from his experience that stress can be defined as physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension caused by our exposure to different incidents or occurrences in our lives. Conflict in the work place and in the home not only causes stress, but damages relationships and prevents us from effectively communicating. Project Health & Wellness offers workshops and presentations on stress management and conflict resolution.
I met Chris about 3 years ago and in April of this year Chris invited me to attend a yoga and meditation class at the East Point Library. Chris was the facilitator of the class and did an excellent job and was very informative. As a result of attending the class I have been meditating and doing yoga regularly.
What can I say about Chris Milton....thank you for introducing me to the Better Health and Wellness Plan. I've recently had two knee surgeries within the last year and was becoming very upset about my healing process.
