What is coaching?

Coaching helps people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life they really want. Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so.

What happens during a coaching session?

Coaching will typically last between 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, and via Skype. 

During the session, you will be asked a number of thought provoking questions, such as what are your goals and objectives, do you have a personal and a professional growth plan, and what needs in the world are you moved to meet.


Coaching is a partnership between you and your coach, who will hold you accountable, encourage you, and help you develop a plan of action. 

How many coaching session will I need?

Changing your mind, body, and spirit is a journey and not a sprint. In order for the coaching process to be effective, we ask that you commit to a minimum of six sessions.  Coaching is an investment that will change your life.

How much does coaching cost and how can I pay?

Fees vary, and are based on a variety of factors including whether the sessions are in-person, on Skype, or over the phone. Coaching fees are charged on a package basis.  Our fee arrangement is worked out once we've had a complimentary strategy session, and I have a better understanding of your current situation and goals. Payment can be made by PayPal or credit card.
