Thanksgiving Desert

Great Wednesday Morning!!! Can you believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow!! As you all know, I promote healthy eating, but I do enjoy trying delicious deserts. If you are looking for a tasty treat for Thanksgiving, try this Brownie and Berry Desert Pizza! Happy Thanksgiving!!! CM https://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/brownie-and-berries-dessert-pizza/c7d4b6b3-7d76-4387-b2cc-2e72327c45b4 Ingredients 1 box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1/2 cup apple jelly Steps

1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. 2. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan. 3. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. 4. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Carefully spread mixture evenly over brownie base. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Stir jelly until smooth; brush over berries. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. Cut into wedges. Store covered in refrigerator.
