Colorful Food!!

Great Wonderful Wednesday Morning!!! The foods that we eat has a direct effect on our minds, bodies, and spirits. If we put garbage in our bodies, then garbage will come out. It is important that we fill our bodies with colorful fruits and vegetables daily. Growing up, my mom used to always tell me to eat a green vegetable at each meal. Unfortunately, our bodies are overloaded with too much processed foods. The next time you sit down for a meal, make sure you add some color to your food. Have a colorful and fruitful day!! CM
